John Tar has been a dedicated leader in the operations and finance industry for over 18 years. Before manning the helm as our dedicated CFO, John was a successful mortgage broker for juggernauts such as JPMorgan Chase. He became a steward of operational finance and instilled the importance of financial success for any industry. In addition to his accomplishments as a broker, John managed of hundreds of rental units as a property manager—boasting a portfolio of hundreds of units across the state of Florida for over six years.

Today, John oversees all logistics, operations and compliance for THS to ensure it's operating like a well-oiled machine. He continues to develop short. mid and long-term growth plans that is helping THS continue to lead the charge as the largest private Mental Health company in the state of Florida.
